Originally from the South West of England, these days fudge is made all over Britain and comes in a vast array of flavours. These varieties from Cartwright & Butler are all delicious. If you are a traditionalist try the classic butter fudge, if you like the combination of salt and sweet, then the salted caramel fudge is the one for you and if you love chocolate, take the chocolate fudge, refined with Belgian chocolate.
