Royal celebrations in the UK are often celebrated with a charity event, such as a street party, or an afternoon tea, where people get together, have a good time and make a contribution towards a good cause.
On the occasion of the Coronation of King Charles III we are offering a limited amount of Coronation Charity Cream Teas for you to enjoy whist you are watching the coronation at home. The entire profit for each Cream Tea package that we sell will go directly towards paying for the private education of two children whose parents work on the Glenburn Tea Estate in Darjeeling, India.
Visitors who come to our shop on Saturday 6th May will be invited enjoy scones with clotted cream and raise a cup of our special Coronation Tea or a glass of bubbly to the good health of the King in return for a donation. More details about how the day itself will unfold can be found on the BBC website.
Simply place your order online, choose the delivery option “collect in store” and come by on the date you have booked between 11 am – 6 pm to collect your Cream Tea.
We ask for your understanding that this is a limited offer based on the amount of scones we are able to bake. The scones will be baked on the day you have chosen to pick up your cream tea.
Please not that we cannot ship this item, it is only available for pick-up from our shop in Stuttgart on the day that you have chosen.
