Harvested in February 2022, this is one of the best “Chinese” green teas we have tasted from this year’s harvest. Grown near to the town of Sanxia, South of Taipei, the dry leaf is a mixture of dark green wiry leaves covered in an almost fuzzy down. The aroma of the dry leaf alone is enough to get your taste buds going. Lightly vegetal and at the same time fruity, this tea is fresh, mellow and has a sweet aftertaste reminiscent of citrus fruits.
