Traditional alpine herbal infusions are nothing other than a mixture of herbs which the inhabitants of the alps have collected throughout the year, dried and mixed. These days, to make the herbaceous taste a little more palatable, parts of plants from the southern, warmer alpine region are often added, such as sage, rosehip, orange mint and apple pieces. For our alpine blend we have added one very special ingredient: the star-shaped, snow-white edelweiss flower (from cultivated cultivation). Edelweiss flowers are very rare, and in fact it is protected in the wild. This is a wonderful, beautiful, invigorating blend of mountain herbs which can be enjoyed at any time of year!
