Description
Organic Korea Jeju Gu-Reum Oolong takes its name from the cloudy region in which the tea plants thrive.
While Jeju Island is best known for its green teas, some tea producers are experimenting with oolong and black teas. This large leaf oolong is a real treat for lovers of more oxidized and heavily roasted teas. Made using plants from the Japanese cultivar Yabukita, the leaves were left to wither until to about 60% oxidation level, and then finished off with a with a Chinese style pan-roasting.
