Produced by the Hayashi family in the prefecture Honshu, this late first flush, fairly priced Sencha is a hit with all of customers who try it. Made from leaves predominantly from Yabukita plants (a type of cultivar known for having a lot of umami) this Sencha is deliciously fresh and mild but at the same time assertive. Equally delicious through at least four infusions, this is a wonderful Sencha that adds a touch of luxury to everyday tea drinking.
