Organic Kirishima Tokujou Sencha is a blend of teas from the sweet and delicate Asatsuyu cultivar and the Unami strong Yabukita cultivar from the best first flush harvests, some leaves from plants that have been shaded and some not, the care and attention to detail that has gone into making this tea is clearly evident in the cup.
