Unhappy with the quality of the rose scented oolongs we could find on the market, we decided to make our own! By combining the lightly oxidised, rolled oolong with Katie Yen’s Jade Oolong (cultivar TTES No. 13) with natural rosebuds and petals we have created a tea which has all the body and taste of a good rolled oolong but at the same time a delightfully light and subtle rose flavour.
