Organic Silver Needle (Bai Hao Yin Zhen)
Although these days there is a lot of competition, Chinese Silver Needle (Yin Zhen) is still considered to be the best white tea in the world. Made from a special cultivar of the tea plant called Da Bai (Big White), this is a beautifully pure and delicate tea. Perfect to drink over multiple infusions throughout the day, this tea can be prepared in a teapot or you could simply drop a spoonful into a tall glass of hot water and watch what the Chinese call “the dance of the leaves”.
